Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your pincode. We don’t promise a delivery date at checkout; once your order ships, you can follow it with the courier’s tracking details.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery pincode, and you’ll see the exact charge before you pay. There is no free-shipping offer.
Processing time
Every order is packed by hand in our Bardoli workshop before it’s handed to the courier.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is offered where our courier delivers with COD. There is no separate COD fee; the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer mail-in returns. Because these are ritual and ceremony items, we ask that any returns or exchanges be handled in person — bring the item to our Bardoli store within 7 days of delivery for inspection, and we’ll sort an exchange or refund on the spot.
Since every piece is inspected by hand before it ships, we handle returns the same way — in person.
If you genuinely can’t reach Bardoli, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll look at it case by case — there’s no guaranteed remote exception, but we’d rather talk it through than leave you stuck.
